Harry Stoke Ponds
The pond in the top left hand corner of the sketch was in a corner of the field. I used to walk past it regularly on my way to work and always considered it a special feature and I regret never having taken a picture of it. The water level varied depending on the weather and now you can tell where it was as when the water table rises the pond still seeps out from beneath the car park and runs onto Westfield Lane.
