Edwin Powell is the innkeeper at the Portcullis Inn with his wife and son.
In the 1851 census he was aged 20 and the son of James and Emma, James was a Grocer And Tea Dealer 
William WINNIATT and Elizabth Wife now described as publican 1871 Census W Parker is now the innkeeper at the Beaufort Arms Edwin Powell is the innkeeper at the Portcullis Inn with his wife and son.
